Online or in-person, this is designed for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings and intimate worries privately. Typically, sessions are weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. NDIS Plan & Self Managed participants welcome.

Online or in-person, this time will be spent speaking openly with you and your partner to better understand your relationship by gaining insight into what is working well, and the patterns of interactions that have become harmful to the relationship.
